Aerial Yoga allows you to practice postures inspired by the yoga " dans les airs ", suspended using a swing specially designed for this. It helps you tone, stretch, strengthen and regenerate your body.

AERIAL SILKS
The aerial fabric is a discipline coming from the circus which is part of the aerial numbers. The fabric is an aerial apparatus in which figures are chained by rolling up and pulling on the fabric. This discipline allows you to work on strength, flexibility, fluidity and artistic sensitivity.

Subtle mix between Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fabric, the " Hammock " (in French hammock) is a fabric in the shape of "U ” on which figures and combinations of movements will be presented to you and will be linked in order to arrive at a small choreographed sequence.
